How to Sign-Up
The Customer Web Portal offers a streamlined and convenient way for VTF-Sunrise customers to manage their accounts online. Customers can easily view and pay their invoices, check their balances, track payment history, and access detailed billing information, all in one place.
If you have already set up your account, then you are set. For those who haven't set up your account yet, follow the directions below to get started!

Gather all information needed
For the Account:

Account Number

If you don't know your Account/Customer Number, you can find it on ANY invoice/statement.

Click here for an example statement. Look at all the GREEN circled areas of the sample statement. This will be your customer or account number.

Store Number

VTF-Sunrise's store number is 14

Invoice Number

You will also need ANY invoice number that will be linked to your account.

Look below at all the ORANGE circled areas of the sample statement.

To connect banking info:

Bank Routing Number

Bank Account Number

Click create account tab
You will need:

Account number
-
Store number -14
-
invoice number
Then select "Search for Account

Create username
It will then ask you to make a username, your name, and an email.

Check your email
It will say it emailed you a temporary password. Follow the directions in the email.

Create your own password
Click the link in the email to enter the temporary password and create your own password. Then you’re logged in and can see everything.

Add bank payment information
Go to payments > payment sources on the left-hand side.
